Cloth filter for 4-cup dripper
This cloth filter is compatible with drippers that have a 4-cup capacity. Using a cloth filter has the advantage of being reusable for up to 100 extractions. You will achieve optimal extractions, as the filter perfectly conforms to the walls of your dripper. The company EBB has created more ethical filters that contribute to a more sustainable and healthier economy.
Caring for the cloth filter
The cloth filter is easy to maintain; it must be rinsed after each use and air-dried. To remove coffee residues, you can boil your filter in water for 5 minutes. Do not use detergents, as they will remain on the fabric and alter the taste of your extraction.
EBB
EBB is a brand of cloth coffee filters designed for slow extraction brewing. The cotton used to make the coffee filters is organically grown by cooperatives in Texas and woven in South Carolina. The brand works directly with farms and factories to ensure that every step of the process is sustainable and ethical. To stay close to the filter manufacturing and have direct oversight of working conditions, the brand selected a small-scale workshop made up of 6 people. No insecticides, herbicides, pesticides, or dyes are used, so the fiber is compatible with coffee preparation. 3% of sales are donated to organizations invested in protecting civil rights, integrating marginalized groups, and protecting the environment.
