BaristaDiscount offers you a new specialty coffee from the French brand, Terres de Café: the Dipilto Viejo.
Sourced from several small farms in the Matagalpa region belonging to the Mombacho terroir, the whole beans that make up Dipilto Viejo are several arabicas grown at 1600 m altitude. The coffee processing stage is carried out by the famous Finca Buenos Aires.
Extracted as espresso, this specialty coffee releases gourmet aromas that are found throughout the tasting (hazelnut and cocoa). Also expect a balanced coffee on the palate where bitterness and acidity, present in small percentages, do not interfere with the tasting experience.

The French brand divides its whole bean coffees into three ratings 80/85+/88+, according to the Specialty Coffee Association of America's guidelines.
This is a real asset that provides a universal language for coffee industry players and coffee aficionados, based on strict scoring.
This rating is the result of several tastings, during which elements specific to the coffee are considered (smell, aroma, aftertaste, acidity, etc.).
Once the tastings are completed, the coffee is classified as defect-free or specialty coffee when it achieves a minimum score of 80/100.
