The Flair 58 is a benchmark in the world of lever espresso machines, with the Flair 58 Plus, Flair Espresso offers a more premium model for those who really want to treat themselves.
Its black die-cast aluminum frame is accented with dark walnut wood on the portafilter, T-handle, and flat tamper.
The Flair 58+ features dark-patterned screws for even more elegance.
The included articulating mirror magnetically attaches to the stand so you can watch your extraction more easily.
This model has two filters, high and low flow, to give home baristas all the control they need.
The electronic preheating system of the Flair 58+ lever machine includes three different levels: low, medium, and high, roughly corresponding to the extraction temperatures needed for dark, medium, and light roasts respectively.
For travelers, the Flair 58 Plus features an easily detachable preheating controller, allowing you to use the machine without the electrical part and brew espresso anywhere.
The Flair 58 Plus delivers quality in the cup, with the experience of preparing your own espresso manually.
The Flair 58 Plus is a lever espresso machine: you apply the right pressure, with the proper grind, to achieve a good result in the cup.
The extended lever makes it easier to use at higher pressures, with a T-shaped handle for more comfort and control.
The robust pressure gauge in stainless steel helps you find the right pressure. It is surrounded by a silicone guard.
This gauge lets you control the manual extraction: the needle shows the pressure and the threshold not to exceed. Adjust your technique (stay under 9 bars for the perfect espresso!). You can also play with pre-infusion to reveal even more aromas.
The electronic temperature controller lets you preheat the brew group and maintain thermal stability.
This controller also keeps the group hot between extractions, allowing you to pull shots more quickly in succession.
Note : the temperature controller is meant to preheat the group and maintain heat, but it will not heat your water. You must always use hot water to fill the brew group.
- Bottomless portafilter (58 mm) with dark walnut wood handle
- Low Flow filter for 18–20 g of ground coffee: this filter with ridges allows you to be a bit less demanding and precise with the grind. For an espresso with more body.
- Simple High Flow filter (high flow rate) for 18 to 20 g of ground coffee: this filter requires a finer grind to achieve proper extraction, but its straight walls will extract more evenly, resulting in a very clear espresso. Most often used with light and medium roasts.

Usage tip : Never submerge the Flair 58 Plus group in water, as this is highly likely to damage the electrical components. Never twist or attempt to remove the cable.
Any malfunction resulting from improper use will not be covered by the warranty.
At a minimum, Flair Espresso recommends the following equipment to fully enjoy your Flair 58 Plus espresso machine:
- A specialized espresso grinder to obtain a homogeneous and precise grind.
- A kettle with temperature control to get water more or less hot depending on the roast level of your coffee.
- A precision scale: for reproducible results, your inputs and outputs must be measured. This includes the dose of your coffee in the filter or the flow time into your cup.
