With itsblack aluminum molded frame under pressureand its wooden touches, the Flair 58 is a beautiful machine that will delight espresso lovers.
Flair has indeed listened to its customers to bringimprovementsover time. This is the latest model to come out of the factory.
This Flair 58 machine is equipped with the latest piston, a curved connector to minimize cables and a removable temperature control system, to switch to non-electric mode if needed.
The rod that pushes the piston is attached to the lever system: no need to think about putting the piston back in place manually before the next extraction!
When you have made your espresso and lifted the lever, the piston returns to its position directly.
A location has been provided on the machine frame to add the articulated mirror that will help you visualize your extractions in bottomless.
You can extract your espressos like professionals, with a real58mm bottomless portafilterin stainless steel with a wooden handle.
This portafilter will also allow you to use your favorite barista accessories with your Flair 58 (competition filters, tampers or grinders) compatible with a diameter of 58mm.
Its new lever is extended to facilitate use during higher pressures, with a T-shaped handle for more comfort and control.
With its stainless steel components, the Flair 58 lever machine promises an extraction of your espresso withoutany contact with plastic.
The Flair 58 espresso machine is equipped with arobust manometerin stainless steel surrounded by a silicone protection.
This manometer allows you to control manual extraction: the needle indicates the pressure and the threshold not to be exceeded. It's up to you to adjust your gesture (without exceeding 9 bars for the perfect espresso!). You can also play with pre-infusion to reveal even more aromas.
The strong point of this Flair 58 lever machine is the electronic temperature regulator that allows you topreheat the extraction group and maintain thermal stability.
This regulator also allows you to maintain the group's heat between extractions and therefore to chain espressos more quickly.
Three temperature thresholds indicated by 3 green lights:
- 1 green indicator = low temperature (85°C)
- 2 green indicators = medium temperature (90°C)
- 3 green indicators = maximum temperature (95°C)
It takes about five minutes to reach the maximum temperature.
Warning : the temperature regulator is designed to preheat the group and maintain heat, but it will not heat your water. You must always use hot water to fill the brew group.

Usage tip : Never submerge the Flair 58 group in water, as this is highly likely to damage the electrical parts. Never twist or attempt to remove the cable.
Any failure resulting from improper use will not be covered by the warranty.
