The DeLonghi La Specialista Maestro Cold Brew EC 9885.M is equipped with a high-quality semi-professional stainless steel steam wand, ideal for manually creating beautiful milk foams and getting started with Latte Art with the My Latte Art function.
The dedicated carafe LatteCrema Hot uses the technology found on automatic machines. If you don't want to handle the milk jug to make your milk foam, simply attach the system to the carafe, select your drink, and the machine will prepare your cappuccino or latte directly in your cup!

An easy-to-read pressure gauge and a digital dial for programming
Control your extraction pressure like a pro thanks to the pressure gauge. This visual indicator lets you check that the pressure stays between 8 and 10 bars for a perfect espresso.
On the Specialista Maestro, it indicates the ideal zone (Optimal Zone) where the needle should sit during extraction. You'll then know whether to change the grind fineness or adjust the coffee dose to achieve perfect extraction.
Fine-tune your coffee parameters with precision via the digital dial. Program the dose and brew temperature according to your beans' roast, following the advice in the included guide.
This DeLonghi bean-to-cup espresso machine offers 8 basic pre-programmed recipes accessible in digital mode (dial at the top right of the machine): Espresso, Coffee, Americano, Cold Brew, Espresso Cool, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Flat White.
You can then personalize and save these recipes to your taste using the MY button. This button lets you choose the cup length according to your preferences. You can also manage the amount of coffee to grind based on desired intensity and select among 5 temperature settings.
Accessories & maintenance
The Specialista Maestro features a dedicated hot-water outlet via the steam wand, very handy for making an Americano, lengthening a coffee, or serving tea.
This machine allows you to perform a backflush to deep-clean it, thanks to its cleaning disc.
A removable drip tray that lets you use glasses or cups of different sizes (up to 120 mm high).
The DeLonghi La Specialista Maestro EC9885.M is supplied with a cleaning kit: descaling tool, brush, coffee-spout cleaning tool, cloth, water-softening Softballs, steam-wand cleaning needle, descaler.
It also includes 1 two-spout portafilter, 1 single-cup filter, 1 double-cup filter, 1 pressurized single- and double-cup filter for Espresso Cool, a stainless-steel milk jug, the Latte Crema Hot system with its carafe.

Other important details about the coffee machine
The Cold Brew beverage is an extraction method that takes place without pressure. During the preparation of a Cold Brew beverage, it is therefore normal for the pressure gauge not to move.
The two pressurized filters included with the machine have been designed to create the Espresso Cool recipe. Don&t forget to switch filters depending on the beverage chosen!
