Two programmable doses, for an espresso to your taste.
The Sage The Dual Boiler espresso machine is considered semi-professional. This means it allows you to bring home all the qualities of a coffee shop barista machine, but in a compact size.
Thefront digital display allows you to control the PID to manage temperature and a timer to check proper coffee flow. All this ensures optimal operation for perfect espresso extraction.

The Sage The Dual Boiler coffee machine is equipped with a dual boiler to optimize extraction quality.
The 0.3L coffee boiler and 0.95L steam boiler ensure optimal and stable heating. Temperature stability is regulated by an electronic probe that ensures a maximum variance of 1°C. Moreover, to increase thermal stability throughout the entire water path, the stainless steel group is heated by a dedicated resistor.
An automatic pre-infusion at low pressure is included to extract all the aromas from your coffee.
The professional 58 mm diameter portafilter sublimates the extractions.
The Sage The Dual Boiler also features an OPV that limits maximum pressure throughout extraction, to avoid bitterness in the cup.
On-demand steam for creamy milk froth and separate hot water
The separate steam boiler allows you to obtain powerful on-demand steam. Thus, you can extract your espresso at the right temperature, while preparing the milk froth.
The steam wand is semi-professional quality, in stainless steel, with 360° rotation and three outlet holes to perfect your milk-based drinks.
Sage has also provided an separate hot water outlet, to allow you to lengthen your coffees or offer tea to your guests.
Other highlights
The two single-wall filters (one and two cups) for using freshly ground coffee beans (essential for enjoying a good specialty coffee). A suitable grinder for espresso grind will be required to use them.
Two dual-wall filters provided to be able to extract an espresso with pre-ground coffee, or coffee ground with a basic grinder.
A 2.5 L water tank.
A tamper that magnetically attaches to the side of the machine, so you always have this essential accessory within reach.
LCD screen and control buttons for simple customizable settings.

Maintenance : To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and for better results in the cup, it is recommended to use a filter cartridge (or already filtered water). Do not forget to descale your appliance following the brand's advice (see manual) and to clean the accessories regularly.
