Two programmable doses for espresso to your taste.
The Sage The Dual Boiler espresso machine is considered semi-professional. This means it brings home all the qualities of a coffee-shop barista machine, but in a compact size.
Thefront digital display allows control of the PID for temperature and a timer to check proper coffee flow. All this ensures optimal espresso extraction performance.

The Sage The Dual Boiler coffee machine is equipped with a dual boiler to optimize extraction quality.
The 0.3 L coffee boiler and 0.95 L steam boiler ensure optimal and stable heating. Temperature stability is regulated by an electronic probe ensuring a maximum variation of 1 °C. Moreover, to increase thermal stability throughout the entire water path, the stainless steel group is heated by a dedicated resistor.
An automatic low-pressure pre-infusion is provided to extract all the aromas from your coffee.
The 58 mm professional diameter portafilter enhances extractions.
The Sage The Dual Boiler also features anOPV that limits maximum pressure throughout extraction to prevent bitterness in the cup.
On-demand steam for creamy milk foam and separate hot water
The separate steam boiler provides powerful on-demand steam. Thus, you can extract your espresso at the right temperature while preparing milk foam.
The steam wand is semi-professional quality, in stainless steel, with 360 °C rotation and three outlet holes for perfect milk drinks.
Sage also included a separate hot water outlet, to lengthen your coffees or offer tea to your guests.
Other highlights
The two single filters (one and two cups) for using freshly ground coffee beans (essential for enjoying good specialty coffee). An espresso-suitable grinder will be mandatory to use them.
Two pressurized filters supplied to allow espresso extraction with pre-ground coffee, or coffee ground with a basic grinder.
A 2.5 L water tank.
A tamper that magnetically attaches to the side of the machine, so this essential accessory is always within reach.
LCD screen and control buttons for simple customizable settings.
Stainless-steel body in matte black (Black Truffle).

Maintenance : To extend the life of your Sage espresso machine and ensure optimal cup results, use a water filter cartridge (or pre-filtered water). Remember to descale the appliance following the brand’s instructions (see manual) and clean the accessories regularly.
