The Appia Life has many technologies for consistent productivity and performance, because every cup of coffee is important. The SIS system (Soft Infusion System) allows for gentle infusion for always perfect extractions and compensates for any coffee tamping errors.

The style of the Appia Life facilitates and improves the daily life of baristas: reverse mirror to control extraction, aligned cup warmer to easily grab cups, more user-friendly control panel, push-pull steam levers, smart cleaning... If a barista is happy, their productivity increases.
With a simple press of the button, the Easy Cream nozzle begins its work: first, the system balances the injection of steam and air. Then, it stops the air flow leaving only the steam to act.Your milk is ready in just a few seconds!
