The professional Nuova Simonelli Appia Life XT espresso machine is equipped with a TFT screen that offers a better user experience. The screen facilitates the programming of doses for each group. It also displays statistics and allows programming of cleaning as well as many other machine settings.
The Nuova Simonelli Appia Life was created on the basis of the Appia II, a simple and reliable machine. The productivity and high performance have made this machine successful. The Appia Life has a style and reliability that make it unique, with even more comfort for the barista.
The machine integrates a thermal regulation system of type PID, a cutting-edge technology that ensures a constant temperature during the entire extraction phase. This precise control avoids thermal fluctuations, thus preserving the integrity of aromas and guaranteeing great quality in the cup.
The Appia Life has multiple technologies for constant productivity and performance, because every cup of coffee is important. The SIS system (Soft Infusion System) allows for gentle infusion for always perfect extractions and compensates for any coffee tamping errors.
Ecology is now at the heart of the economy. Nuova Simonelli understood this. The Appia Life boiler is equipped with Drytex Thermical technology which reduces energy consumption by 13% compared to the Appia II.Ideal for increasing your profitability.
The machine features anautomatic standby mode that contributes to a significant reduction in energy consumption. When not used for a certain period, it goes into standby, thus limiting its power consumption while remainingoperational as soon as it resumes.
The Appia Life style makes baristas' daily lives easier and better: reverse mirror to monitor extraction, aligned cup warmer for easy cup access, more user-friendly control panel, push-pull steam levers, intelligent cleaning...If a barista is happy, their productivity increases.
With a simple press of the button,the Easy Cream wand starts its work: first, the system balances steam and air injection. Then, it stops the air flow while letting only the steam act.Your milk is ready in just a few seconds!
