The Appia Life style facilitates and improves the daily life of baristas : reverse mirror to control extraction, aligned cup warmers for easy cup handling, more user-friendly control panel, push-pull steam levers, intelligent cleaning... If a barista is happy, their productivity increases.
With a simple press of a button, the Easy Cream nozzle begins its work: first, the system balances the injection of steam and air. Then, it interrupts the air flow, leaving only the steam to act. Your milk is ready in a few seconds!
