An Ethiopian coffee for any occasion
Terra Etica is ready to take you on a journey to Ethiopia with this whole bean coffee from organic and fair trade agriculture. The 500g format is ideal to explore new flavors without having too much coffee.
With an origin like Ethiopia, chances are high that you will enjoy this coffee. Indeed, Ethiopia is where it all began for coffee and this Moka Guji reflects in the cup all the richness of the Sidamo terroir. Three varieties compose it: Aromia, Mikéya and Moria, which were cultivated between 1200 and 2200 meters altitude thanks to a practice that has become common and more sustainable: agroforestry. Note that in addition to being fair trade, this coffee is organic, thus guaranteeing a product free from chemical products.
In the cup, you will appreciate its floral and finely acidic side obtained after roasting in Pessac, Gironde. A slow roast adapted to this Ethiopian coffee that allows for a tasting rich in aromas.
As espresso or filter, at any time of day, you will enjoy a coffee with floral and fruity notes where the acidity is well present. Its body and intensity add to the already mentioned assets of this coffee.
