This coffee is a blend of Arabicas from Guatemala and from Ethiopia.
Rich in aromas , this blend , ideal for espresso , will reveal floral and fruity notes in the cup thanks to the Ethiopian Arabica . The percentage of Arabica from Guatemala will bring, for its part, a full body.
The acidity is quite present, which will add liveliness to the cup.
This blend is made from organic farming and Fair Trade (label Max Havelaar).

The coffee from Guatemala used for this blend comes from the Apodip cooperative located near the Sierra de Las Minas Biosphere Reserve, one of the richest ecological reserves in Central America.
500 coffee producers work on site and cultivate coffee.
The Arabica grown on site benefits from excellent climatic conditions.

The coffee from Ethiopia comes from the Ocfcu cooperative which brings together many small producers.
The floral side and the acidity present in this blend is due to this Ethiopian coffee.
