The SMEG CGF03 provides 50 grinding levels and 8 automatic programs for optimal precision, regardless of the extraction method. Espresso, moka or filter, each preparation benefits from an adjusted grinding thanks to three main ranges: super fine, fine and medium. A flexibility designed to meet all taste preferences.
The mill allows you to easily select the amount of coffee to grind, whether for a simple or double espresso, thanks to its dosage options dedicated. For even more freedom, a manual mode offers total control over grinding. Its grain hopper equipped with the Twist & Lock system ensures safe and quick handling, while the set is intuitively controlled via a lever and ergonomic buttons.
Equipped with stainless steel conical burrs, this mill offers a clean and regular grinding without the risk of overheating, thus preserving all the aromatic nuances of coffee. Its settings guarantee perfect consistency, cup after cup.
The anti-static system limits powder dispersion for a clean environment and comfortable use.

The expert's opinion
Perfect for beginners, the Smeg CGF03 mill combines retro design and simplicity of use. Thanks to its conical grinder and pre-set functions, it adapts well to gentle methods and filter coffee. However, be aware: the so-called "medium" grinding is closer to a coarse grinding, which limits the precision for certain extractions.
Ergonomics remains a real asset, with its 240 g Twist & Lock hopper, its non-slip base and its manual or preset modes for a single or double dose. The lever and button interface is intuitive and pleasant for daily use. On the other hand, there is quite significant retention and a rather high noise level, which should be taken into account for regular use.
This grinder is primarily designed for domestic use, ideal for enthusiasts who want to discover freshly ground coffee without committing to a model that is too technical.
