A true icon of retro style, the Smeg CGF03 red combines elegance and vintage modernity with finesse. Its bright color and chrome finishes make it a unique decorative object, ideal for enhancing a work surface or adding a touch of character to a minimalist kitchen.
The SMEG CGF03 offers 50 grinding levels and 8 automatic programs for optimal precision, regardless of the extraction method chosen. Espresso, moka or filter coffee, each preparation benefits from an adapted setting thanks to its three main ranges: superfine, fine and medium. A studied versatility to satisfy all desires and tastes.
The grinder allows for easy selection of the amount of coffee to grind, whether for a single or double espresso, thanks to its dosage options. For even more freedom, a manual mode offers total control over grinding. Its grain hopper equipped with the Twist & Lock system ensures safe and quick handling, while the entire unit is intuitively controlled via a lever and ergonomic buttons.
Equipped with stainless steel conical burrs, this grinder ensures precise and homogeneous grinding, without overheating, to preserve all the aromatic richness of the coffee. Thanks to its precise settings, it guarantees constant quality, cup after cup.
The anti-static system limits powder dispersion for a clean environment and comfortable use.

The expert's opinion
Perfect for beginners, the Smeg CGF03 grinder combines retro design with ease of use. Thanks to its conical burr and preset functions, it adapts well to gentle methods and drip coffee. Note, however, that the so-called "medium" grind is closer to a coarse grind, which slightly limits precision for certain extractions.
Ergonomics remain a real plus, with its 240 g Twist & Lock hopper, non-slip base, and manual or preset modes for a single or double dose. The lever and button interface is intuitive and pleasant for daily use. On the downside, there is significant retention and a somewhat high noise level, which should be considered for regular use.
This grinder is primarily designed for home use, ideal for those wanting to discover freshly ground coffee without diving into an overly technical model.
