Designed to meet the demands of the professional market, the Rocket Espresso Bicocca Silver embodies a new generation of premium espresso machines. The result of several years of development by Rocket’s teams in Milan, it combines technical mastery and design innovation.
Signed by the Milan studio Valerio Cometti + V12 Design — known for collaborations with major international brands — the Bicocca stands out with its contemporary and functional architecture. Its fully polished stainless-steel body, its patented cylindrical extraction group and its robust components make it equipment built for intensive use.
Geared toward professional clientele, it features a dual stainless-steel boiler for precise thermal control, a quiet rotary pump, and offers flexible use via the integrated water tank or direct mains connection. The steam wand and hot-water tap have been redesigned for ergonomic handling and consistent performance.
Finally, the HMI touch interface provides full machine management with smooth, intuitive navigation, letting the operator adjust every parameter precisely.
Bicocca Silver: Intuitive interface and professional ergonomics
The Rocket Espresso Bicocca incorporates a next-generation touch interface, designed for fast, intuitive navigation, even in demanding environments. The pictogram display gives fluid access to essential settings without language barriers, for immediate operator uptake.
Built for advanced extraction customization, the Bicocca offers the following features:
- 4 programmable volumetric doses, manual Start & Stop function and dedicated rinse button (Touch Flush)
- Individual pre-infusion and blooming adjustment for each dose
- Independent setting of coffee-boiler and steam-boiler temperatures
- Automatic extraction-group cleaning cycle
- Easy maintenance access thanks to optimized modular architecture
- Eco modes and weekly programming via built-in calendar
- Configurable pressure profile, shot timer, precision PID control
A water-level sensor informs the user in real time to avoid any service interruption.
With this level of control and flexibility, the Bicocca Silver stands out as the tool of choice for professionals seeking reliability, consistency, and customization for every extraction.
Pro maintenance: Care and backflush
The Rocket Espresso Bicocca is designed to meet the maintenance standards ofprofessional environments. It incorporates amanual backflush system, allowing thorough internal cleaning of the brew group using the supplied blind filter and suitable detergents. This process is essential to preserve extraction performance over the long term.
Important: For machines connected to the mains water supply, the use of a water treatment system (filtration and softening) is strongly recommended. Properly filtered water preserves internal components, optimizes in-cup results, and prevents any risk of limescale that could lead to loss of warranty due to inadequate maintenance.
