The The Barista Touch Impress espresso machine represents the culmination of SAGE's expertise. It retains all the advantages that made the famous The Barista Touch model successful, while introducing three major innovations that elevate the coffee experience.

Now, the machine includes predefined programs for your favorite cold coffees, such as Cold Brew and Cold Espresso, making their preparation simpler than ever. Low-temperature extraction is the key to these delights, as it minimizes acidity for a light and smooth aromatic profile.

The integrated grinder is equipped with high-quality stainless steel conical burrs, offering no less than 30 different settings to achieve the ideal grind, perfectly adapted to the chosen coffee beans. The hopper can hold up to 340 g of coffee beans.

Furthermore, thanks to its innovative heating system, the ThermoJet, the Sage Barista Touch Impress reaches the optimal extraction temperature in just three seconds, allowing you to enjoy your coffee without waiting.

The SAGE Barista Touch Impress doesn't just tamp the coffee. Indeed, the Impress Puck system replicates the barista's gesture with a 10 kg pressure and a professional 7° twist on the ground coffee puck.

- Precise guidance for grinding: the machine automatically detects the dose of ground coffee. If it’s not ideal, the screen prompts you to grind more and tamp again until you achieve the perfect dose. Plus, when you switch coffee beans, the Sage Barista Touch Impress guides you step-by-step on the screen to calibrate the grinder and adapt it to your new coffee.

- Guide for extraction: the machine measures the flow rate of your coffee. It alerts you on the screen if your dose is too large or too small, and tells you exactly how to adjust to ensure the best result in the cup.

- Guide for milk foam : you have total control over your drink. Choose the milk temperature and the foam level you want for perfection tailored to your preferences.

Automatic milk system for plant-based milks

Sage has equipped this machine with a fully automatic milk foam system, eliminating the need for extra equipment since the milk jug is included.

Thanks to the Auto MilQ™ technology, getting perfect milk foam is child’s play. Just place your jug with the desired amount of milk, immerse the steam wand, and follow the on-screen instructions for flawless results.
