Among them, new programs dedicated to cold coffees, such as Cold Brew and Cold Espresso, for refreshing recipes ready in a snap. Thanks to low-temperature extraction, acidity is minimized, revealing soft, balanced and silky flavors. Get a Cold Brew in less than 3 minutes, or a smooth cold espresso in less than 2 minutes, and explore a wide variety of homemade iced drinks.

The integrated grinder, equipped with conical stainless steel burrs, offers 30 adjustment levels to adjust the grind fineness according to your coffee beans. The hopper can hold up to 340 g of coffee beans, offering great autonomy.

Finally, thanks to the ThermoJet technology, the heating system reaches the ideal extraction temperature in just 3 seconds. - Precise guidance for grinding: the machine automatically detects the ground coffee dose. If it’s not ideal, the screen prompts you to grind more and tamp again until you achieve the perfect dose. Moreover, when you switch coffee beans, the Sage Barista Touch Impress guides you step by step on the screen to calibrate the grinder and adapt it to your new coffee.

- Guide for extraction: the machine measures the flow rate of your coffee. It alerts you on the screen if your dose is too large or too small, and tells you precisely how to adjust to ensure the best result in the cup.

- Guide for milk foam : you have full control over your drink. Choose the milk temperature and the foam level you want for perfection tailored to your preferences.

Sage has equipped this machine with an automatic milk frother that’s ultra-efficient. No need to invest in an extra accessory: a milk jug is included.

Thanks to the Auto MilQ technology, just pour the desired amount of milk into the jug, immerse the steam wand, then follow the on-screen prompts. The machine handles the rest to create a milk foam perfectly suited to your tastes.

With Auto MilQ you can:

- Choose from seven temperature settings, ranging from 45°C to 75°C, for ideal warmth.

- Get the micro-foam you want thanks to eight possible texture levels.
